Here’s how to store Expedition Grounds coffee so it tastes fresh long after the journey:

Do:

• Keep it in its original nitrogen-flushed bag with the valve and zipper closed.

• Store in a cool, dark place (pantry or cupboard is ideal).

• Use within 2–3 weeks of opening for peak flavor.

Don’t:

• Don’t store it in the fridge—condensation is coffee’s enemy.

• Don’t freeze it unless you must; if you do, freeze small, sealed portions.

• Don’t transfer to clear jars or containers that let in light or air.
